Having lived in the Albuquerque metro area since 1983, and helping folks buy and sell homes as a Realtor since 2002, I have a strong knowledge of the nuance's of the various areas, neighborhoods and styles of homes. I love New Mexico, and in my spare time you'll usually find my husband and I out hiking or biking, so be sure to ask me about my favorite places to go in the outdoors in this great state! We've raised our two children here, volunteering in their schools and sports activities. I've also volunteered through the years at our church, and have sat on committees at the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors. I'm a Professional who handles her business ethically, with integrity, and have invested a serious commitment into ongoing education, having earned several of the top Real Estate designations in the business, most notably, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation earned by the NAR. It's important to me to stay abreast of the ever-changing dynamics of the home buying/selling process, and to use that education to help my clients avoid the many serious pitfalls in a transaction. My strategy involves an initial buyer or seller consultation, listening, taking notes and getting to know folks to really hear what's important to them. This helps me to hone in on a tailor-made plan to effectively help them on their terms and in their time-frame to reach their real estate dreams. My plan is to be their expert negotiator and handler of all the transactional details from the beginning through to the closing celebration! The joy of getting to know my customers and having some fun along the way is what drives me to do my very best to help them achieve their dreams! My hope is to become their trusted real estate advisor for many years to come.
