I have a long history of real estate property expertise. At the age of 15 my career started in construction first learning property boundary surveying, foundation work and progressed into all areas including framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and finish carpentry. Then I went into Property Management and Maintenance while attending college obtaining the first of two engineering degrees. My career continued into all areas of telecommunications engineering, construction, property renovation consulting, sales engineering and management. Having multiple investment properties over the last 20 years has provided a wealth of experience in real estate as well as extensive engineering and building knowledge.
