Over 40 years ago Bob began investing in real estate while still in college at San Diego State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in business management. Bob worked his way through school by working on cars and for 10 years opened and managed tire and service centers. For the next 25 years he worked in beverage wholesaling in New Mexico and was part of senior management for the second largest beverage alcohol distributor in the United States and traveled across the country as a corporate trainer. In 2013 Bob decided to work with homeowners and future homeowners full time. Bob simply wants you to enjoy the real estate process and have you win in the end. He consistently tells his clients that he wants them to be empowered by his educating them so that THEY become the market expert and make sound decisions. He accomplishes this with patience, knowledge, and the use of the most current research tools such as Visual Pricing to simplify the process of buying and selling. Bob has consistently been a top producer, winning consecutive Executive Club and 100% Club awards and some of the training designations he has been awarded are E(Marketing)-Pro and Accredited Buyer Representative. Bob showcases his homes on his website and utilizes a team of professional service providers to assist with his clients’ buying and selling needs, including stagers, photographers, designers, handymen, and inspectors.
